Responsibilities

• Supervise all Service Department personnel.
• Oversee opening/closing of work orders for shop jobs.
• Manage budget and forecast for the department.
• Maintain detailed records of time and performance of Service employees.
• Coordinate with parent company on programs, warranties and issues.
• Interview and select qualified personnel.
• Report status of goals to Regional Management.
• Assist in planning service marketing programs.
• Act as site safety coordinator with HR.
