Job summary

Nationwide Trailers is seeking a Service Manager to lead daily service operations in our Dallas area locations. You will drive service revenue, oversee workflow from intake to completion, and coordinate technicians and parts to meet quality and timelines.

You will communicate clearly with customers, document concerns, build repair estimates, and provide updates through the repair process. This role emphasizes accountability, safety, and efficient shop performance.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of service advising, service writing, or service management experience in trailer, automotive, equipment, RV, marine, or related industries.
• Strong communication skills with customers and technicians.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of repair processes and trailer systems.
• High attention to detail in scheduling and documentation.
• Comfortable working with repair orders, inventory systems, and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day service operations and drive service revenue.
• Own the service workflow from intake through completion.
• Coordinate technicians and ensure parts availability and correct documentation.
