Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and interest in handson repair work.
• Prior experience as a helper, lube tech, shop assistant, or similar role is a plus.
• Willingness to learn trailer systems including wiring, brakes, axles, and suspensions.
• Dependable work habits and strong attention to safety.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment as needed.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with mechanical, electrical, brake, axle, and wiring repairs under supervision
• Perform basic inspections and identify obvious wear or safety issues
• Support installation of parts, accessories, and equipment
• Help prepare trailers for customer pickup and service completion
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE
