Qualifications

• Five+ years of leadership experience in retail, dealership, or multi-department operations.
• Experience in trailers, automotive, RV, equipment, or similar industries preferred.
• Proven ability to manage revenue, expenses, and operational performance.
• Strong people leadership and accountability skills.
• Comfortable reading and managing P&L statements.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own store-level revenue, gross profit, and controllable expense performance.
• Translate regional strategy into disciplined daily execution.
• Lead operating rhythms: huddles, reporting, and performance reviews.
