• Administrative office support including answering calls and filing
• Assist department manager with day‑to‑day activities and paperwork
• Enter service tickets, sales leads, and sales orders; verify invoices
• Process incoming cash and checks from technicians
• May require overtime and multi-tasking
• Other duties as assigned
