Responsibilities

• Assist with daily scheduling of all jobs and meet customer preferences.
• Provide immediate problem-solving support to office staff and technicians.
• Monitor real-time technician schedules for efficiency and profitability.
• Follow up with customers after jobs to ensure satisfaction and billing accuracy.
• Complete all administrative paperwork accurately and on time.
• Conduct employee performance reviews with the Department Manager and implement improvement plans.
