Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of technical leadership or elevator industry experience.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptive in a fast-paced environment; on-call flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Ensure maintenance meets quality standards and contract requirements.
• Implement quality, safety, and passenger safety requirements for each project.
• Support sales in estimating service orders, scheduling, and execution.
• Manage project audits for quality, safety and completeness.
• Develop manpower selection, training and performance programs.
• Implement route management to optimize preventive maintenance.
• Foster teamwork and dedication to quality across staff.
• Evaluate tooling needs to boost productivity.
• Maintain proactive relationships with local IUEC business agent.
