You will lead modernization projects, manage budgets, and drive customer relationships while guiding a team of Superintendents and Project Managers toward financial targets. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience, 5–7 years in elevator or service sectors, and strong financial awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or technical leadership experience in the elevator industry or another service-oriented business.
• 5-7 years in various assignments within the Company, in the Elevator industry, or in another service-oriented
• Ability to understand financial statements; legal awareness to contract terms and conditions.
• Up to 50% travel within the territory will be required
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a business plan in support of the territory's financial and non-financial objectives and support the implementation of territory modernization operations initiatives.
• Develop and maintain strong commercial relationships with key customers and influential industry consultants through personal contact and staff assignments.
• Manage and lead a team of modernization-focused Field Superintendents and Project Managers, setting objectives and driving performance.
• Set expectations for Field Technician engagement and provide training and performance management support.
• Lead meetings and provide expert technical oversight at jobsites to ensure profitable project close-outs.
• Interface with Product Line experts on operational challenges, including product issues and safety concerns.
