Job summary

Evolving Solution Services is seeking a Service Department Supervisor to manage daily operations of the service desk, bays, and yard. You will supervise staff, coordinate work orders, and ensure customer satisfaction at the store.

Requirements include 3–5 years in customer service or service advisory roles, 1–3 years of supervisory experience, and diesel/small engine knowledge. HS or equivalent; tech/college preferred. Local travel may be minimal.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of customer service in a service/advisory or parts distribution setting.
• 1-3 years of service department supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, schedules and coordinates the activities of service writers, service mechanics, yard attendants, janitors and delivery drivers.
• Oversees opening/closing of work orders for service based on customer needs using supervisory reports and observations.
• Ensures adequate staffing and enforces company policies.
• Communicates with customers by phone and in person regarding service status and any additional work required.
