• Maintain a daily log of all call activity and save for 6 months.
• Prepare and review work orders for billing within 24 hours of service.
• Ensure paperwork accompanies all products and records policy violations.
• Schedule 40-hour weeks plus night duty roster with Branch Manager.
• Ensure mounts, flats and balances are completed for delivery.
