Job summary

Equipment Depot Inc. seeks a working supervisor to coordinate the day-to-day service business. You will lead technicians and service staff, ensure a hassle-free customer experience, and adhere to company-wide processes.

You will work with the Service/Operations Manager to set goals and KPIs for location performance. Responsibilities include handling customer requests and complaints, conducting performance reviews, and assisting in recruiting and developing the service team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a service department.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day service operations and supervise techs and support staff.
• Ensure KPI targets for efficiency, productivity and customer satisfaction are met.
• Assist Service/Operations Manager with disciplinary actions when needed.
