Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, schedule and coordinate service writers, mechanics, yard and drivers.
• Open/close work orders based on customer needs using supervisory reports.
• Ensure adequate staffing and enforce policies.
• Communicate with customers about status and explain additional work.
