Job summary

Evolving Solution Services is seeking a Service Department Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the service desk, bays, and yard. You will supervise service writers, mechanics, yard staff, and delivery drivers to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 3–5 years in customer service or service advisory roles, with 1–3 years in supervisory duties. Diesel/small engine knowledge and strong computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• HS or equivalent is required.
• 3-5 years customer service, service advisor and/or parts distribution experience.
• 1-3 years in service department supervision.
• Mechanical knowledge (Diesel and small engine) and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of service writers, mechanics, yard staff, and delivery drivers.
• Oversees opening/closing of service work orders based on customer needs.
• Ensures adequate staffing and enforces company policy.
• Communicates with customers about service status and any additional work.
