Qualifications

• High School Diploma; Diesel, Technical, or College Degree preferred.
• Five years of experience in heavy, industrial, or over-the-road equipment service operations preferred.
• 5 years' experience dispatching technicians or working as a field service technician required.

Responsibilities

• Own and supervise all service department functions for the assigned branch.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and realistic communication with customers.
• Provide fair pricing and solutions for services and repairs.
• Ensure tooling and resources are available to safely complete work.
• Develop plans to acquire new service work and drive revenue.
• Maintain measurable departmental objectives and goals.
• Supervise staff recruitment, hiring, and training.
• Ensure staff complete scheduled training and professional development.
• Follow company policies and warranty procedures; prepare quotes within 24 hours.
• Manage service vehicles, equipment, and inventory; track and maintain assets.
• Answer inbound calls promptly and manage credit applications per policy.
• Other duties as assigned.
