Job summary

ADMAR Supply Co Inc is seeking a Service Manager to lead a busy service department in a warehouse setting. You will maximize shop efficiency, drive revenue, and mentor technicians while collaborating with branch staff to improve performance and profitability.

The role requires strong leadership, safety focus, and the ability to manage schedules, tooling, and service documentation across multiple OEM platforms. A career path with training and advancement is available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years in a shop management role is preferred.
• Strong computer and keyboarding skills expected.
• Ability to read/understand electrical and hydraulic schematics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compliant shop environment and communicate policies.
• Recruitment support to ensure OEM standards are met.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate service technicians and drive productivity.
• Prepare schedules and staff rotations to meet demand.
• Maintain tooling and equipment lists to support quality and efficiency.
• Monitor overtime and adjust staffing as needed.
• Access OEM portals for service bulletins and campaigns.
• Ensure timely service documentation and reporting.
• Communicate progress and issues to leadership and team.
• Promote ongoing training and professional development.
