Dynamic Equipment in Tampa is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our service team operations, coordinating shop and field work, directing mechanics, and managing equipment logistics. Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree or college certificate with 3–5 years of relevant experience; a four-year degree is a plus.
• Must be detail‑oriented and lead work order management with paperwork accuracy.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all Service Department personnel to ensure a high standard of workmanship.
• Oversee the lifecycle of work orders from opening to billing.
• Coordinate equipment pick-up/delivery for local and field assignments.
• Act as primary contact for customers, explain quotes and ensure satisfaction.
