Jim Riehl's Friendly Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Romeo is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead the service department. You will oversee daily operations, drive CSI, and build a trusted team of advisors and technicians in a franchised dealership setting.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a solid understanding of fixed ops financials, and compliance with Stellantis/FCA standards. Join a team focused on customer satisfaction and department profitability.

Formación

• Proven leadership in a franchised dealership or service department.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and staff.
• Experience building and mentoring a service team.
• Ability to manage scheduling and workflow to optimize efficiency.
• Experience training advisors and technicians on processes and standards.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of the service department, including scheduling, workflow, and technician productivity
• Recruit, train, and manage service advisors and technicians
• Set and achieve department goals for revenue, gross profit, and CSI (customer satisfaction index)
• Ensure proper handling of warranty and recall work per Stellantis/FCA standards
• Oversee parts ordering communication, shop efficiency, and equipment upkeep
• Handle customer escalations professionally and resolve concerns promptly
• Monitor key performance metrics and report results to dealership leadership
• Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and manufacturer guidelines
