Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive service management required.
• CDK or R/R knowledge is preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily operations of the automotive service department to ensure efficient and quality service delivery.
• Supervise and support service staff, including technicians and service advisors.
• Coordinate service scheduling and workflow to maximize productivity.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
• Support inventory management and parts ordering processes.
• Assist in training and development of service team members.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve dealership operations.
