Landmark Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Fiat – Atlanta is seeking a Service Manager to lead a high-performing automotive service team. You will guide daily operations, set departmental objectives, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining efficiency and profitability.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on management, and a focus on quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction in a franchised dealership environment. A related degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• 2 to 4 years of related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the service department to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Monitor repair/maintenance progress and prevent delays.
• Recruit, interview and train service staff.
• Maintain daily service records and evaluate sales performance.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and department safety practices.
• Oversee payroll and department budgeting in coordination with leadership.
