MSS Solutions, LLC is seeking a Service Coordinator - Fire to support our MSS Fire and Security team in Charlotte. You will manage inbound calls, dispatch service, and set up customers and sites with two weeks look-ahead planning.

Strong skills in MS Office, SharePoint, and service management software, plus excellent communication and organizational abilities, are required. A background check and drug test will be conducted.

Formación

• Associates degree in business administration, accounting, or related field is a plus.
• Experience with MS Office, SharePoint, and basic Windows environment.
• Ability to lead diverse teams and communicate clearly.
• Must pass background check and drug test.
• Familiarity with service management software and financial accounting systems during training.
• Knowledge of HVAC, Fire & Security service, and controls service is helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound customer service calls and inquiries.
• Lead service operations using Key2Act Signature Service, Vista, and others.
• Create and dispatch service calls; set up new customers and sites.
• Pre-plan and schedule contract service work to two weeks out.
• Coordinate with customers for access requirements and vendor coordination.
• Provide regular reporting to Service Managers and support technicians.
• Prepare billing-ready paperwork; verify technician time sheets.
