Job summary

RapidFire Safety & Security is seeking a Service Coordinator to work closely with customers, service technicians, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services. You will respond to inquiries, schedule and coordinate serviceappointments, and maintain detailed records.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and CRM proficiency, with prior service industry experience preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule service appointments based on customer and technician availability.
• Coordinate and inform technicians of job requirements and directions.
• Track progress of service jobs and ensure on-time completion.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and service requests.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and satisfactorily.
• Collaborate with sales and technical support to deliver solutions.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for parts and equipment.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Participate in meetings and training on new products and trends.
