High Rise Fire and Security, a leader in life safety and security systems in New York, seeks a Service Coordinator to manage technician scheduling, maintenance planning, and client communications. You will handle service reports, contracts, and quotes, while maintaining strong client relations and adherence to standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, data accuracy, and proactive support to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree required, preferably in Applied Mathematics or relevant field.
• One year of experience working in a professional, service-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and assignment of technicians for service calls and maintenance jobs.
• Coordination of overflow in all areas of the Service Department.
• Data management of database upon call completion and updates to client information.
• Preparation of quotes for equipment and non-contract labor, and ordering of equipment.
• Provide friendly and professional greeting to all clients.
• Enter service repair orders and provide transparent estimates of cost and time.
