Job summary

ImageFIRST Healthcare Laundry Specialists in Dallas, TX is seeking a Service Operations Coordinator to align plant and service teams and monitor daily execution of service standards. You will lead route checks, inventory control, and fleet readiness while driving improvements in customer loyalty and operational performance.

You will partner with Customer Advocates, District Service Managers, and plant leadership to ensure accurate invoicing, timely loadouts, and adherence to DOT safety

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• Proven leadership and coaching ability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate computer and reporting system proficiency. Fluency in Microsoft Suite products.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Must possess or obtain a DOT medical certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily route execution with Customer Advocates and plant leaders to ensure service standards.
• Verify DOT safety compliance and Hours of Service for drivers.
• Lead fleet readiness and loadout/maintenance coordination with the Plant Manager.
• Oversee inventory control, product usage, and garment program coordination.
• Review invoices, pricing, and financial reports to ensure accuracy.
• Drive customer experience and loyalty through proactive issue resolution.
• Coach and develop Customer Advocates; support onboarding and performance.
