ImageFIRST Healthcare Laundry Specialists is seeking a proactive Service Operations Coordinator to lead the daily delivery of service operations at a facility. You will partner with Customer Advocates, Service and Plant Operations leadership, and the General Manager to drive route execution, customer satisfaction, product control, fleet readiness, safety, and financial performance.

This role is hands-on and high-visibility, with real accountability and a clear path toward senior leadership in

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher is required.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience in service, operations, logistics, or route-based businesses is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily face-to-face check-ins with Customer Advocates, coaching and supporting service execution.
• Analyze route and customer data to identify improvements in service performance and growth.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for Service teams.
• Anticipate challenges and drive solutions to improve retention and loyalty.
• Ensure fleet readiness and compliance with DOT and safety standards.
• Track action plans to achieve improvements in service, revenue, and profitability.
