Job summary

Corvant, a provider of specialty HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical services, is seeking a Business Operations Supervisor to lead service back-office operations in its Kentucky market. You will supervise coordinators, optimize the work-order lifecycle from creation to billing, and establish SOPs to ensure accuracy and timely invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise service coordinators, dispatchers, and administrative support staff within the service division.
• Oversee the work order lifecycle from creation through billing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for all service back-office functions.
• Partner with the accounting team to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely invoicing.
• Generate operational reports and dashboards to support service division leadership.
• Manage vendor and subcontractor administrative requirements including COIs and W-9s.
• Support system administration for service management software platforms.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding logistics for service division roles.
• Identify and implement process improvements across service operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across the service team.
