Job summary

Corvant in Kentucky seeks a Commercial HVAC Service Supervisor to lead field operations, manage staffing, and ensure on-time, within-budget project delivery across data centers, healthcare, and industrial facilities.

You will supervise Outreach staff, coordinate with sales, train technicians on new processes, and maintain safety standards while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Acting as the main communication link between field and office.
• Proven experience in supervising field operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to work in different environmental conditions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Sound knowledge of contract terms and pricing.
• Ability to understand issues and resolve/address strategically.
• Aptitude to work in field and office environments for extended periods.
• Adapt to frequently changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support at the field level in assigned territory.
• Supervise Outreach staff, including performance, disciplinary procedures, and compliance.
• Provide regular reporting on performance and issues.
• Train existing Technicians on changing processes, procedures, and technologies.
• Support new employees through training and future development.
• Manage technical issues and labor needs of the area.
• Site visits when needed.
• Identify and fill staffing needs in the assigned area.
• Ensure all technicians have had safety training and proper PPE.
• Address customer concerns and complaints.
• Timeliness of data collection and quality checks.
• Work with local sales staff on new and existing customer opportunities.
• Successfully executing projects and keeping jobs within budget and on time.
• Communicate timely with management and the sales team on issues.
• Work with CSR on scheduling and call assignments.
• Ordering and scheduling delivery of all equipment for projects.
• Ensure field techs have stock and fleet maintenance in territory.
• Inspect all assigned vehicles and equipment for cleanliness and maintenance.
• Participate in interviewing and selection for new hires.
• Submit reports on incidents, accidents, injuries, exposures.
