Corvant is seeking a Commercial HVAC Service Supervisor to lead field operations in the assigned territory and ensure timely, high-quality service delivery. The role demands strong leadership, exceptional communication, and hands-on supervision of technicians across projects.

The position requires relevant experience in HVAC service leadership, safety compliance, and the ability to coordinate with sales and CSR teams to meet project goals and budgets.

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervisory capabilities for field operations.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic financial understanding.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support at the field level in assigned territory.
• Supervise Outreach staff, including performance, disciplinary procedures, and compliance.
• Provide regular reporting on performance and issues.
• Training existing Technicians on processes, procedures, and technologies.
• Support new employees through training and development.
• Manage technical issues and labor needs of the area.
• Site visits when needed.
• Identify and fill staffing needs in the area.
• Ensure technicians have safety training and PPE as required.
• Address customer concerns and complaints.
• Data collection and quality checks.
