Job summary

Corvant is seeking a Commercial HVAC Service Supervisor to lead field operations across the Marietta territory, overseeing technical issues, staffing, and service delivery. You will collaborate with sales and management to resolve customer concerns and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervision experience in field operations and teams.
• Understanding of contract terms, pricing, and basic financials.
• Availability for after-hours and weekend support; responsive communication.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support at the field level in the assigned territory.
• Supervise Outreach staff, including performance, disciplinary procedures, and compliance.
• Provide regular reporting on performance and issues.
• Train Technicians on new processes and technologies; mentor new hires.
• Manage staffing needs and ensure safety training and PPE compliance.
• Coordinate site visits and drive on-time, on-budget project execution.
• Communicate with management and sales teams on staff or operation issues.
