Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to manage relationships across branches and teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage service transaction approvals and processes across branches.
• Lead and supervise Service Associates & Receptionists.
• Collaborate with Market Sales and Risk teams to ensure execution of initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Firm policies and participate in audits and corrective actions.
• Drive process improvements to maximize productivity and efficiency.
