Job summary

Galaxy Integrated Technologies is seeking an experienced Service Operations and Customer Relations Coordinator to support technical field service operations and warehouse management for security-focused projects in Boston, MA. This in-office role runs Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm.

You will manage warehouse inventory, stage materials for technicians, coordinate scheduling and dispatch, handle service tickets, and ensure accurate billing for customer accounts.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks.
• Inventory management experience in a warehouse setting.
• Customer service experience including phone support.
• Experience scheduling and dispatching technicians.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse inventory for security equipment and supplies.
• Stage and prepare job materials for field technicians.
• Track inventory levels and perform cycle counts.
• Support scheduling and dispatching of technicians to service calls.
• Handle inbound calls, create service tickets, and bill accounts.
• Upload documentation for service tickets and accounts.
• Coordinate with management on inventory needs.
• Use Service Titan to process tickets.
• Provide customer service support by phone and route requests.
• Coordinate returns, repairs, and warranty submissions.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
• Serve as a primary contact for parts, tools, and equipment.
• Collaborate with Service, Operations, and Field teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and field support.
