Job summary

U.S. Engineering Service is seeking a Service Coordinator to efficiently coordinate service calls and technician schedules, ensuring exceptional customer experience.

This role acts as the communication hub for customers, technicians, and management, scheduling, dispatching, and completing service requests with accuracy and professionalism. The candidate will support dispatch operations, audit jobs for accuracy, and maintain documentation across software systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a customer service or administrative role (dispatch, operations, or accounting support).
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate dispatch, work assignments, and work order processes to ensure timely service delivery.
• Serve as primary contact for operational and technician support within the region.
• Manage scheduling of preventive maintenance and service calls using the Dispatch Board.
• Verify client and job setup in operational software; open/close work orders as required.
• Audit completed jobs and site visits for accuracy and reporting.
