Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2+ years related experience.
• Experience ordering parts preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP or BAAN or similar ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Support service coordinators and managers by communicating with customers regarding service schedules.
• Directly communicate with customers on service calls.
• Weekly processing of installation reports.
• Process warranty parts orders to support field service requirements.
• Order parts domestically and internationally.
• Coordinate shipping arrangements for service tooling and return of defective parts.
• Assist in machine logistics, invoicing and vendor orders as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
