Job summary

DMG MORI USA, INC is seeking a Service Administrator in Cypress, CA to support service coordinators, engineers, and application engineers. You will coordinate service requests, installations, machine shipments, and trainings, and work closely with the service coordinator to ensure timely responses to customers.

The role requires attention to detail, experience with parts ordering, SAP or similar ERP systems, and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2+ years related experience.
Experience ordering parts preferred.
Proficient Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
Experience working in a field service office environment.
Experience with SAP, Baan, or similar ERP system.
Exceptional organization and ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Support Service Coordinators and Manager by communicating with customers regarding service engineer schedules or changes
Communicate directly with the customer on Service calls
Weekly processing of installation reports
Process warranty parts orders to support field service requirements
Responsible for ordering parts domestically and internationally
Manage shipping arrangements for service tooling and return of defective parts from customers
Assist in machine logistics; invoicing and vendor orders when needed
Other duties as assigned
