Job summary

JobSquad Florida is seeking a detail-oriented Repair Operations Coordinator in Coral Gables, FL, to manage aerospace repair orders from intake through final shipment. You will work with customers and internal teams to ensure timely repairs, accurate documentation, and compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.

You will coordinate repair orders, quotations, tracking, and shipments and prepare all certifications and shipping documents.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn ERP systems.
