Job summary

Magnescale Americas Inc. in Irvine (DMG MORI USA office) is seeking a Customer Support & Supply Chain Representative to manage import documents, shipping planning, and daily logistics operations.

The role supports customer inquiries, coordinates with carriers, and maintains inventory accuracy while ensuring timely deliveries. The position requires strong communication, familiarity with Microsoft Office, and a preference for candidates with logistics or supply chain experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience in electrical and mechanical products knowledge or customer call representative is preferred.
• Previous experience in logistics/supply chain is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import invoices and shipping documents for Magnescale products.
• Create and distribute daily shipping plans to multiple origin points nationwide.
• Act as liaison between the company, carriers and customers for day-to-day logistics.
• Maintain warehouse stock and 3S (Sorting, Setting-in-Order, Shining) standards under supervision.
• Provide customer support via multi-line phone system and assist with information on products, pricing and availability.
