Responsibilities

• Shipping & Transfer Activities: process inventory moves and ensure timely updates.
• Rework Coordination: maintain trackers, coordinate shipments, manage RMAs, and issue pack slips.
• Receiving Issue Resolution: investigate discrepancies and support increased volumes during FYQ2.
• Process Improvement: identify gaps and propose enhancements; update SOPs and documentation.
• Ad‑Hoc Planning & Buying Support: assist planning/buying with data collection and coordination tasks.

Job Description -

We are seeking a Supply Chain Operations Coordinator to support key operational activities across shipping, rework management, receiving issue resolution, and process improvement. This role is critical to maintaining continuity in our supply chain workflows and ensuring timely execution of transfers, rework cycles, and inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Shipping & Transfer Activities (Weekly — ~3 hours)

• Process inventory returns from regional distribution centers to the U.S. return warehouse
• Execute transfer requests across warehouses
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely system updates

Rework Coordination (Weekly — 10-15 hours)

• Maintain detailed trackers for all rework activities
• Coordinate shipments to and from suppliers
• Request and manage RMA numbers; communicate with regional teams
• Create pack slips and shipping documentation
• Provide weekly status updates and reconcile inbound/outbound units
• Collaborate with Quality and Warehouse teams to ensure timely release of reworked units

Receiving Issue Resolution (Daily — 1-2 hours)

• Investigate and resolve receiving discrepancies
• Support increased volume of receiving issues expected in FYQ2 during direct D2S shipments from all CMs
• Work with warehouse partners and planning teams to resolve errors promptly

Process Improvement (Daily — 2-3 hours)

• Identify gaps and inefficiencies in shipping, rework, and receiving workflows
• Propose and implement process enhancements
• Update SOPs and maintain clear process documentation

Ad‑Hoc Planning & Buying Support

• Respond to unplanned requests related to supply chain operations
• Assist planning/buying teams with data collection, transactions, and coordination tasks
