Job summary

TK Elevator seeks an experienced Operations Coordinator- Service in West Palm Beach, FL to handle administrative duties for the service operations department, ensuring efficient, cost-effective performance. Responsibilities include updating on-call lists, coordinating dispatch, assigning tickets, payroll processing, and maintaining safety documentation.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with preference for elevator repair admin experience and Oracle database knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (general education degree); or one-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training in basic business administration
• Some elevator repair administrative work preferred
• Oracle database knowledge

Responsibilities

• Update on-call lists, send detailed notification to Dispatch daily and check technicians in/out
• Assign tickets to mechanics and track work orders
• Complete manual payroll entry forms, including daily DVR processing
• Create safety inspection tickets and monitor pre-invoicing reports to ensure proper ticketing
• Prepare reports and assist with data requests for legal or billing purposes
