Job summary

TK Elevator is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator- Service/Repair in West Palm Beach, FL to perform administrative duties for the service operations department, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations.

The role covers liaison work between branch operations and dispatch, payroll processing, invoicing support, and maintaining equipment and safety records. Strong organizational skills and Oracle knowledge are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• One-year certificate from college or technical school.
• Three to six months related experience and/or training in basic business administration.

Responsibilities

• Performs Install Base maintenance as needed; Creates safety inspection tickets.
• Updates on-call lists and notifies Dispatch daily; Checks technicians in/out and communicates with Dispatch.
• Provides status to National Accounts and customers on open work orders and completed callbacks; updates monthly ticket numbers.
• Acts as liaison between branch operations and regional dispatch; maintains shared calendars for dispatch and field attendance.
• Tracks Operations systems and conducts tool audits.
• Completes manual payroll entry forms, daily DVR processing and cost corrections.
• Creates parts requisitions and receives parts; reviews weekly report of un-received invoices.
• Assists with research and review for Service Manager reports (Account History, pre-invoicing, high-profile accounts).
• Opens and distributes mail and faxes; codes local Accounts Payable invoices and forwards to Oracle.

Education
