Job summary

TK Elevator is seeking an Operations Coordinator- Service in West Palm Beach, FL. This role supports the service operations to ensure efficient and cost-effective administration, coordinating with dispatch, technicians, and supervisors.

The position involves payroll entry, safety documentation, reporting, and liaison work between branch operations and regional teams. A high school diploma or GED is required, with Oracle database knowledge preferred and elevator administrative experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some elevator repair administrative work preferred.
• Oracle database knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs administrative duties for service operations to ensure efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Updates dispatch with on-call lists and communicates tickets to technicians and supervisors.
• Generates reports and maintains documentation for safety inspections and service records.
• Assigns tickets to mechanics and tracks billable and invoicing data.
• Supports procurement, payroll entries, and data collection for audits and exceptions.
