TK Elevator is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator- Service/Repair in West Palm Beach, FL to support service operations with administrative efficiency. The role will manage dispatch, tickets, and routine clerical tasks to keep the service team organized and cost-effective.

The position requires coordinating with branch and regional teams, maintaining on-call lists, processing payroll, and assisting with reports for high-profile customers. Strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• One-year certificate from college or technical school is acceptable.
• Three to six months related experience and/or training in basic business administration.
• Oracle database knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs administrative duties to support the service operations department.
• Updates on-call lists and dispatch notifications daily.
• Maintains scheduling calendars and communicates with dispatch and supervisors.
• Tracks operations systems and conducts tool audits.
• Handles payroll entry forms and cost corrections.
• Creates parts requisitions and processes invoices.
• Prepares safety inspection tickets and ensures proper ticketing.
• Assigns tickets to mechanics and supports national accounts with status updates.
