TK Elevator is seeking an Operations Coordinator- Service/Repair in York, PA. The role centers on administrative support for the service operations department to keep workflows efficient and cost-effective.

The candidate will handle scheduling, invoicing, and data management, supporting dispatch and field technicians while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or one-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience
• Some elevator repair administrative work preferred
• Oracle database knowledge

Responsibilities

• Creates safety inspection tickets and maintains on-call lists.
• Liaises between branch operations and regional dispatch; manages schedules.
• Assists with payroll entry and cost corrections for service department.
• Prepares badging applications and tracks uniforms for service staff.
• Manages invoices, pre-invoicing reports, and account history.
• Opens and distributes mail and faxes; codes local AP invoices.
