Responsibilities

• Create work orders, purchase requisitions, and invoices in SAP.
• Update customer information and the install base as needed.
• Acknowledge and process all incoming customer POs.
• Triage incoming customer calls and log them in the CRM system.
• Provide support for all department time and expense reports.
• Provide support for the closing of all service orders.
• Monitor supply levels and order supplies as needed.
