AIDA-America in Dayton, OH is seeking a Sales Administrator to support the sales organization from quote to fulfillment. You will ensure accurate proposals, process orders, and maintain data integrity across Sales, Operations, Scheduling, and Finance.

The role suits highly organized, process-driven individuals who collaborate across systems and departments to keep information current and orders moving smoothly. 2–3 years of related experience is preferred, manufacturing experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of progressive experience in sales operations, order administration, customer service, or administrative support.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Prepare customer proposals, quotes, and supporting documentation using established tools and templates.
• Maintain and update standard proposal documents, pricing references, and controlled sales forms.
• Distribute proposals and ensure required technical, pricing, and third‑party documentation is included.
• Track proposal and order status using CRM and internal tracking systems.
• Create and manage Sales Orders and Special Orders in SAP, including invoice triggers.
• Prepare Sales Order documentation and Command Sheets in accordance with department workflows.
• Manage stock order processes, monitor stock status, and maintain historical records.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entered into CRM and ERP systems (SAP).
• Generates and maintains documents related to the sales process; ensures data accuracy and compliance.
