Job summary

The position supports warranty processes and works with the Marketing Team to coordinate branded apparel for field staff. A strong background in accounting and HVAC industry knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business, accounting or related field required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of related experience required.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC/building controls/construction industry is essential.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• ServiceTrade experience preferred.
• Ability to adapt in a changing environment and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of general financial accounting and cost accounting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer accounts, work orders, and service documentation and ensure proper job categorization.
• Track purchase orders and packing slips and follow up on open work orders and repairs.
• Manage labor and material costs related to service jobs and establish warranty processes as needed.
• Collaborate with Marketing Team to coordinate company-branded apparel for field employees.
