Overview
This position acts as the primary conduit for accurate time and material estimating for diagnostic repairs, creating detailed customer quotations, and overseeing parts research and sourcing for repair and upgrade opportunities.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 10 years of related experience, or the equivalent combination of education (technical school) and experience in the Boiler, Critical Power, or HVAC industry.
- Experience with electrical troubleshooting and repair skills, ability to read wiring diagrams, mechanical layouts and blueprints is required.
- Extensive knowledge and technical capability in the Boiler, Critical Power, or HVAC industry required.
- Operating knowledge of Microsoft office software and working proficiency with handheld devices, such as Smartphones, iPads, etc.
- Critical Power: EGSA Journeyman (or equivalent) certification required.
- HVAC: Universal EPA CFC certification, UA Apprenticeship Certificate (or equivalent) required. NATE or STAR certification is a plus.
- 10-hour OSHA certification required. 30-hour OSHA is a plus.
- Strong communication and customer service skills required.
- Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment.
- Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
