Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience preferred in high‑volume litigation support or related field.
• Experience with legal CMS platforms, legal support vendors, and process server ecosystems is a plus.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced, detail-driven legal workflow.

Responsabilités

• Own the process from start to finish — handle service of process with precision and accountability
• Keep client orders on track — review, prepare, submit, and dispatch filings and services while meeting deadlines
• Be the problem-solver — prevent delays, handle rush requests, apply critical thinking to workflows and systems
• Communicate like a pro — keep clients, vendors, and teammates in the loop at every step
• Work with cutting-edge tools — utilize industry-leading technology platforms to streamline intake, order fulfillment, and communications
• Stay organized and on top of it all — manage multiple jobs, track SLAs, and maintain accurate records
