Steno Agency, Inc. is seeking an experienced leader to manage its Litigation Support Team. This role involves accountability for team results, coaching specialists, and optimizing processes. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in high-volume service of process and be adept at utilizing data to drive performance. Familiarity with tools such as LegalConnect and ServeManager is required. This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,500 – $87,500, alongside remote work flexibility and a robust benefits package.

You're comfortable tracking and reporting on KPIs and you've used that data to coach your team and close performance gaps. You're also experienced with platforms like LegalConnect, ServeManager, GreenFiling, or similar SOP and e‑filing tools.
