Steno in Los Angeles is seeking an organized Litigation Support Specialist to own the service of process from start to finish. You will review, prepare, submit, and dispatch filings and services while meeting deadlines, coordinating with clients and vendors, and maintaining accurate records.

This role requires 2+ years of high-volume dispatch experience in California or multi-state service of process, familiarity with Legal CMS platforms, and a sharp eye for SLAs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in California, Texas, or multi-state service of process and litigation support.
• Experience in high-volume dispatch and managing a busy job queue.
• Familiarity with Legal CMS platforms and the process server ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Own the process from start to finish—handle service of process with precision and accountability.
• Keep client orders on track—review, prepare, submit, and dispatch filings and services while meeting deadlines.
• Be the problem-solver—prevent delays, handle rush requests, apply critical thinking to workflows and systems, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Communicate like a pro—keep clients, vendors, and teammates in the loop at every step.
• Work with cutting-edge tools—utilize industry-leading technology platforms to streamline intake, order fulfillment, and communications across client-facing and internal channels.
• Stay organized and on top of it all—manage multiple jobs, track SLAs, and maintain accurate records.
