Progress Residential, L.P. is seeking a Service Manager to lead the maintenance and service operations for a portfolio of single-family rental homes.

You will oversee open service requests, coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, and ensure resident satisfaction through timely and effective repairs. The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, EPA refrigerant certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience managing service, operations and maintenance in multi-family or single-family housing or equivalent.
• EPA certified to handle refrigerants.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage service jobs and preventative maintenance for occupied homes.
• Lead and supervise a regional service team and coordinate with vendors.
• Review vendor pricing and invoices; ensure timely completion of work.
• Provide technical support to service technicians for accurate diagnostics and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with HUD/HQS guidelines and local codes.
