Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing service, operations and maintenance in multi-family or single-family housing.
• Requires EPA refrigerant handling certification and a valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and vendor coordination skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service jobs and maintenance to ensure timely tenant satisfaction.
• Coordinate with vendors and review pricing and invoices for completed work.
• Provide technical guidance to service technicians and ensure safety compliance.
• Monitor response times, productivity and portfolio costs across locations.
• Lead—and develop—remote or on-site teams within the assigned region.
